When i log in it says i need a map thing

This is the Monolith Content Pack try reinstalling it and like said make sure to enable all addons.

Make sure your Gmod settings have downloading all content from servers enabled. Should be in options -> other

Go to your addons file for Garry's Mod and remove the file for monoford and try to join without that. (It should be a .bsp file)

sorry I'm bad with computers how do I get to addons files?

Right click on garrys mod open local files, click on “garrysmod“ and it should be there
