fishing+farming and fishing+cooking by far the most profitable legal way of making money. Out of the 2 you are asking cocoa is more profitable, unless you are going to be lessing the titanium to other people for high price

i sell cocoa and make like 30k - 50k each full batch of x64 seeds depending on tax
atleast from when i used to play it was like this
drugs will make u more money but there is pros and cons to both
the main difference is doing drugs can get u raided and all ur stuff stolen, you will lose lots of money
u cannot get robbed for cocoa because it counts as food and does not drop on death, the same goes for the seeds. not to mention if u have level 99 farming green thumb, and can farm anywhere. do it in a location thats sneaky but still is technically public that way u cant get mugged in general
