Reason for Report: Didn't let me explain and banned me mid sentence. I was pulled into a sit because a cop that we told to put his hands up drove away. He started reversing and we shot his car and I immediately shot him when he got out. I did this first for him trying to drive away at gunpoint and also when a car blows up you are supposed to die. So when he got out I shot him. I tried explaining that to @WhiteBlood but he stopped talking and just banned me. I did not get to finish explaining. He should've let me explain and maybe giving him some more knowledge of why that happened he might have changed his mind. By beginning to shoot at a fleeing cop in a car my intentions are to kill him. If I didn't want to kill him I wouldn't have shot the car. I die instantly plenty of times when a car blows me up so its only logical that he should've been dead. I really did not agree with how he handled that sit and how he didn't let me speak. I find it very impolite to ban me while I was speaking.

I pulled you into a sit because I witnessed the shooting and it seemed really suspicious and weird to me. You and your organization are notorious for shooting people immediately after telling them to put their hands up, and this situation looked like that is what happened. I gave you one warning point for it, however I guess I didn't see the message telling me that you would be banned if I issued it. If I had noticed it (I am quite dumb for not seeing it) I would not have assigned it until you and I had finished talking. I apologize for the inconvenience.

I understand that staff uses past experiences of a player to evaluate a punishment but a org’s past shouldn’t be applicable. Thats more like a stereotype. Just because my org members might have done it i probably did it. That doesnt make sense. I’ve noticed that we get targeted by staff. But thats another story. I never did anything wrong there even though it might have looked like it.

As Whiteblood was issuing 1 warning point, it didn't show up that you were going to be banned after that (this is a panel issue). It only shows up if you update the warning severity.

Regarding the situation itself, as there are no video evidence that show exactly what happened, nothing can be done. Do note that the staff team is not targetting your org whatsoever. We enforce the rules. If you break them, you get punished.
