Request Reason: Got shot and killed at bank, and had to arrest his friend for tampering with evidence. Yet he comes back immediately and starts talking to him/me about the whole situation, which he shouldn't be involved in. Although he then keeps going with the situation until he shoots the cop and everyone. Pretty sure he also has no affiliation to him as they're not related in clan, but I could be wrong. Besides that, whatever he says during the clip, I'll let you decide if it's allowed, or out of hand.
