Will John breaking character to talk about OOC stuff (he does this constantly when around me, this is the first incident I captured on video).

Also, doing the same thing he told me not to do while allowing others to do the same thing.


Count 3: Job Abuse as detective. Him and his detective crew were just shooting at eachother failing to RP and play their role. He even says "We should do this in L2 because the teachers pet is here". Player disrepect that has been continuing as with other players like Weedle, evhn, Viktor Sokolov, etc.

i didn't break character, my character hates you. We were also sitting in the road because we were trying to move you, if you hadn't been on the road and had complied with us, we would have been patrolling or in PD.

I was responding that you make “1000 reports a day” because you had threatened reporting me (which isn't RP), for trying to move you from sitting in the middle of the road.

After reviewing the video provided by @PhaseBootz and checking logs here are my findings and the explanation to the verdicts above. Both parties broke RP bringing up STEAM names, player reports, and other information that should not have been said. @Phase Bootz, you continued to walk into the intersection with one objection and it was to continue to get the attention of the police. And to finish this off @The Antagonist you once again were found metagaming in PMs.
