I was raiding the PD i was in a active gunfight with the police inside the PD and a random civ runs to the gun fight so i shoot him, I am then brought to a sit and banned to my knowlege i don't think i did anything wrong if anything this guy failed to value his life, Thank you for taking the time to read this and please reconisder this situation.

It was blatant RDM. The person in who ran near the PD lobby entrance had no idea there was a gunfight, and as soon as you saw him you killed him. EVEN if he was failing to value his life, you still did not have a reason to kill him during your PD raid. You should have given him a chance to leave, since he was unarmed.

I will state the rules to support this:
(Section 2.2 - Player versus Player) Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.
(Section 2.2 - Player versus Player) You may not kill or knock out players without a valid In-Character reason.

Since this was your second offense, you were given a two day ban. Me and @Major Lorne(Pmx) both went over the ban reason with you, and you still are having a hard time understanding what you did wrong.
