Work bench and wood disappear

What happened: Just disappeared while I was calculating my crafting XP

What do you need refunded: Wood workbench, crafting table, and 8 wood planks (4 from wood work bench, 4 from the 4 piano benches I was crafting, both in queue)

I guess this is also a bug, any idea why this happens @rako, ive had this happen before too
