Your Steam Name: Mr.ALex
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:89620988
Your Character Name: Paul Jones

Which Staff issued the Warning Point: @Benpd05

Reason for the warning point(s): RDM
Why should the point(s) be removed: So the warning points were given because I killed a detective, reason why I killed him is because he saw a person that is wanted run in my base and park his car in the garage. The whole PD came to my base blocked off the exit not allowing people to leave, I then proceeded to kill the detective. I believe that this warning point is unfair, the police were going to raid my house and I wasn't allowed to kill them, when I had multiple illegal items inside my property.

Time of Occurrence: around 10:20 pm EET
Additional members involved/witnessing: People in my base
Read, understood and followed warning point appeal rules?: Yes.

Hello, Mr Alex
I issued you the warning point as you had no clear evidence the police were going to raid your base as it was Evo 2 they could've been raiding Evo 1.
Furthermore, they did not pose any threat to you physically ie arresting you.
Regards,
Benpd05

Yes I knew they were going to raid my base because they came at my door telling me that a wanted car is in my house, blocked the whole exit of evo 2 not letting any 1 out. I see no reason why I wasn't allowed to shoot, because clearly I wasn't going to talk my way out of that.

Good Evening,

While talking with other fellow staff members, we have come up with the conclusion that this warning point is valid. Here are the reasons why:

  1. Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

As we watched the clip provided to us of this situation we can see that this could have been roleplayed better on Mr.Alex's part. The police department indeed did block off the street preparing for the worst-case scenario of someone trying to flee, but they did not have immediate actions to raid the property. In the clip provided by the detective, their first intention was to talk with the homeowners.

  1. Law Enforcement may only be harmed if they are a direct threat to you. Passing by officers and deputies, such as those obeying NLR, may not be harmed unless they initiate on you.

Like I said law enforcement was there to talk, Mr.Alex I see where you are coming from but at the same time, you escalated the situation instead of trying to see roleplay all the way through. Remember that the person warranted was only warranted for jumping a checkpoint, not mass murder. The officers at the door did not have guns pointed towards you or have any sense of aggression; meaning they did not immediately break down the doors telling you to put your hands up and etc. Guns could have easily been avoided in this situation.

As a result of this, I will be denying this warning point appeal.
