Reason for Report: I was driving around rockford trying to find the contraband dealer when i parked my car at the Car Dealer to check behind the bank because i saw an npc back there. upon my arrival back i see someone has towed my car that was parked completely legally mind you that should not have even been towed in the first place. I approach him telling him he needs to stop towing my car as i say this he continues to tow my car completely disregarding me so i shot him because i saw no other method of handling the situation other than me having to go get my car out of the impound lot for no reason. I was not told which rule i broke and was banned pretty fast i feel wright did not let me defend myself properly in the sit and instead just banned me i did not even receive a reason for which i was banned either. Wright just showed me there was an npc in the car dealership thats about the closest thing to an explanation i got but if you look in the video and remembered where the truck was you will see the npc has no eyesight of the situation at all. Also i gave him 10 secs witch I feel is enough time to either start untowing my car or talk to me about it instead he just attempted to get in his car and leave that is why i shot him. i feel that this sit was not handled properly.

You have a history of RDM & FailRP, and as seen in your video, it doesn't even seem like the mechanic was actively resisting. Killing someone should be used as a last resort, you did not even attempt to hold him at gunpoint. These warning points were completely justified.

he was resisting because i gave him 10 secs to stop towing my car and he obviously was going to keep towing it he was about to get in his car and leave . the view from the npc was constructed dont feel it calls for a ban

If you watch the video, as you approached him he was holding the button down to move the bed back. He did not have time to respond to your request and you immediately shot him after he finished putting the bed down.

Secondly, I did not ban you. I issued you warning points, and due to your recent warnings for RDM and FailRP, you were automatically banned.

he had more than enough time to respond he knew what i was saying to him and decided to ignore me and try to get into his car. he started to put the bed down after i told him to stop lmao. i gave him the time it says in the rules this is my last response lets let the higher ups deal with it

I do agree with Wright here, you didn't really give him enough time to unhook it.
But overlooking that, you did not have a sufficient reason to kill the tow truck driver. Simply saying "don't do X or I will kill you" does not give you reason to kill them, unless you are threatening them with a firearm or other weapon to back up that threat.
This is to prevent unarmed people from getting their way by doing just that.
What you should have done is equip your weapon, aim at him and give him the order to unhook your car once more. At this point he would be aware that disobeying you would lead you to shoot him.
If he then still did not follow your instructions, you would have been free to shoot him.

To boil it down:
1: You do not give him ample time to react and unhook the car. You are failing to keep voice-delay in mind. Once you say something it can take up to two seconds before it actually goes through on his side.
2: You do not actually threaten him with a weapon at any point, instead you start shooting the second you have your weapon equipped.

In my opinion the warning points were justified.
