Your evidence to support your claim:

The screenshots of the tab menu shows xoelfus as "lt. Deardenne" and "Xoelfus" and the youtube video shows him rdming my friend and i and his player showing up as "lt deardenne" in chat at the scene, you can also see he was the one who came in the police SUV and you then proceed to hear his m4 which only lts+ get to use, go off on us. Instead of instantly rdming my friend and i, he should of came up to us and arrested us as you cant kill someone off of suspicion as i was clearly told about and punished for yesterday by @Luvbunny. He then tried to make a report on me because I was using ooc incorrectly which I greatly apologize for, I should of been usings pms and it won't happen again.

Additional members involved/witnessing: @rashidisuhail (this was my friend that was "mugging" with me) we were literally just "mugging" a guy with tool guns when he comes and rdms both of us. we were literally just tryna have some fun D;.

tool guns dont look like real guns, idk how you though they were real guns from that close. In continuation we didnt even shoot back or anything, we also didnt show any hostility sooooo. either way you cant kill off of suspicion so its an invalid method of dealing with the situation. you should of yelled put your hands up, or anything, you dont just shoot. irl you would definitely be less trigger happy than that so rp it as you would irl.

• I can't really blame @Xoelfus here, you guys have someone ziptied and from far away it would look like you guys are pointing guns at him. Next time use better common sense and don't point your toolguns at someone as if it was a weapon.
