Reason for Report: This is just blatant player targeting at this point as it was not mere coincidence that this was the handling staff member for the situation. The term "handling" would not even be suffice here as there was no report made in the first place and he was just going off of his own terms when Mr.Alex decided to phys gun me to a roof randomly and slay me so he could delete my bag with multiple items in it. The reason for him doing this was because I was "minge grabbing" which was a rule deleted some time ago, and it just goes to show he is trying to do anything and everything in his power to get me for the most minor things, regardless of whether or not these things are in the rule book or not. To add insult to injury when I made an ingame report requesting logs of the situation so I could make this staff report, he decided to not only to claim the reports first so another admin could not take it. He decided to post the slay commands that he used on me as well as the delete commands followed up with smiley faces. I have never seen unprofessionalism to this degree in my three years now of playing on this server and I would really like something done about this to make sure a situation like this does not occur again. Also, I would like the items that were deleted to be refunded to me as they were well within my rights to take as the rule of minge grabbing no longer exists, and I would like to deliver said items back to their rightful owners.

I was spectating a gun fight in which I found you breaking the following rules listed above. Furthermore, I acted upon this by bringing you to a roof and asking you to drop said "items." In which you refused to drop the items and was requesting the rule to be quoted. I gave you multiple opportunities to drop the items that you looted. I proceeded to then slay you and deleted the items.

The reports were never claimed, they were only replied to. You were provided the logs that were requested in the reports.

Edit : I did not say that you were minge grabbing, I only said that what you did is a rulebreak and told you to drop those items.

I was actively involved in the situation as I was there when the shooting started, it is not within your rights to actively pull me out of a situation and interrupt roleplay as I was being chased by Knight as a detective. There was no FTVL as I was actively running from the shooting and was in a relatively safe spot when you decided to pull me up to a roof unannounced and slay me. I knew every single member that was involved in that shootout hence me saying that I wanted to get their items back to them but now that is not necessarily possible as you decided to slay me and delete the entirety of the items including my own for no particular reason.

You gave me two seconds to drop the items and I did not even know what was going on, but as soon as I saw your name I knew that it was going to be regarding something petty. After the VERY short amount of time in which I didn't even understand what was going on, you slayed me and deleted my items then revived me leaving me at 13 HP on the floor. You did not give me "multiple opportunities" as as much as you gave me a few seconds. You proceeded to slay me and delete ALL my items, not just theirs.

The reports were never claimed, they were only replied to. You were provided the logs that were requested in the reports.

By the way, you have yet to acknowledge the sheer amount of unprofessionalism you had in the "replies" to the reports being followed up with smiley faces which goes to show you are in fact player targeting me in this case and attempting to start something. Also the "reports" were claimed as you decided to claim them, reply to them then close them. You cannot close a report without them being claimed otherwise the reports would have been freely open for another staff member to take and reply. I was not provided the logs requested in the reports as you merely stated the command you ran followed up by smiley faces .

Which proves that you did FTVL and grab the loot while not being involved. + You were not on the freq with the people that really were involved in the conflict. Which I don't even need to provide proof because you already have in your screenshots.

This is also not true. I gave you 3 chances to drop the items and you didn't comply. Instead you were DEMANDING me to quote the rules that you have broken.

You act as if I need to be on the freq in order to loot a specific container, I was already in the midst of the shooting when it was there and I saw multiple other people there as well, and yet for some reason I didn't see you pulling them to roofs and slaying them. As I said before, it was not a mere coincidence that I was the only one you decided to pull up on a roof and slay. I can be directly involved and not on a freq with the individuals involved, here we go again with your "unwritten rules" where you make up rules on the spot in order and try to get me for something.

I'm not putting any words into your mouth. I'm just simply stating the fact that you think I am abusing and targeting you. And while we are talking about targeting. I would like to address that after I blacklisted you from vehicles you started coming up to me and spewing out lots of nasty things. And even Imessaged me saying you are "Walking to my mothers house to get some release" and as the grammar I am deeply sorry. I am currently on my phone and don't have auto correct on. I will fix my spelling once I get on my pc.

It is not within your prerogative to decide whether I was involved or not as I very much was. I knew everyone that was involved in the shootout and I intended to get their loot back for them, I was even detained by the on scene police and let go as they did not want me getting shot. I did not join in the middle of the shootout, also, you cannot justify deleting the items for FTVL as the rule for minge grabbing was deleted in the first place. So you had zero reason to delete the items in the first place, which is the entire reason for the staff report.

I didn't ask whether or not you were streaming for the other staff members and frankly, I'm not even sure why you brought this statement up. I was asking you to quote the rule in which I broke in which after multiple replies you still fail to do. You also seem to mistake the definition for "demanding" in the first place as I was asking for you to quote the rule in which I broke.

Yes you very much are. You for some reason feel it necessary to say stuff to me like "Have fun walking." In reference to the vehicle blacklist you gave me. Also if you have evidence of me insulting you out of character feel free to report me for such. Also it matters little to me what you reply from in terms of whether it is from your phone or PC. I was involved in the situation regardless of me being in the same frequency or same organization. I don't know where this "Unwritten Rule" came from as you keep making them up. A situation can involve multiple people and that does not mean they need to be on the same freq or org to loot bodies? As long as a person is actively involved in a situation as I was, they are allowed to minge loot the bodies without it being FTVL.

As I said before, you are making me repeat myself, if you have valid evidence regarding which then make a report on me but don't be bringing unneeded information into the staff report. This is not about the multiple incidents that you had with me before this took place, but this is regarding the unfair deleting of the items. You act as if just because it is a game it allows you to treat others like this.
