Next time, make sure you tell you are appealing for a friend or someone that cannot do so himself. This was not the case, at least as far as I know, your friend doesnt have a forum account. If he does, he can appeal the ban.

Regarding your refund requests, check if your items are in the refund NPC. They should be there. If that is not the case, we will investigate the situation further.

Unbanned. Your friend will remain banned though, as he mass RDMed and tried to play with an alt account.
