Incident happened today at approximately 04:00 GMT.

Think he just might be overstimulated, but was following me around ramming my vehicle constantly and spamming his horn. Once I proceeded to threaten a ticket, the person in question pulled out a weapon and RDMd me. The server was quiet so perhaps it was bored, but no need to ruin the server for others. Attempted to report in game but the staff member was afk at the time.

In short, @YoungHablo, was clearly attempting to provoke law enforcement to get a response with the intent to esclate to Player Versus Player. This is not roleplay nor a positive experience.
