Reason for Report: He claims my report was already closed because of a valid reason. (why would i open a second report if that was the case?) He also advised @Brad at the time of my ban to proceed or else he would be punished (aka: blackmail) Then he refuses to look at a renewed case of a report with valid findings and insta-closed it. (Bias and corruption)

Evidence to support your claim : The fact that he closed my report before looking at it, his blatant uncaring for the use of the forums. (as a valid appeal was put forward) His full halt investigations with no alternative endings ("You must give out blacklists." "You must ban with no mercy because..." "You have to do this or...." Creates a unethical and very un-appealing dictatorship of power on the server.) If you wants players to play, stop punishing them for playing normally.
