I am submitting this report due to repeated issues with Aziel’s conduct toward me, which I believe demonstrates bias, inconsistent enforcement, and abuse of administrative power.
My primary concern is that when I genuinely need assistance or support in situations where I am not the aggressor or target, Aziel has consistently failed to help or remain impartial. Instead, there appears to be favoritism or bias toward the evil organization side, creating an unfair environment where I do not feel equally protected or treated under the same standards.
Additionally, I believe Aziel has shown clear power-tripping behavior through disproportionate punishment and extreme responses to minor mistakes. While everyone can make occasional errors, permanently blacklisting me from PD over what I view as a single mistake feels excessive, punitive, and more personal than procedural. Rather than correction, warning, or fair disciplinary escalation, the response was immediate and severe.
This pattern gives the impression that rules are not being applied equally and that personal judgment may be outweighing objective moderation. I am asking for this situation to be reviewed fairly, including:

- Whether bias has influenced administrative decisions
- Whether punishments were proportional to the alleged offense
- Whether permanent PD blacklisting was justified compared to standard disciplinary practices
- Whether all parties are being treated equally regardless of affiliation
