I am submitting this report due to repeated issues with Aziel’s conduct toward me, which I believe demonstrates bias, inconsistent enforcement, and abuse of administrative power.

My primary concern is that when I genuinely need assistance or support in situations where I am not the aggressor or target, Aziel has consistently failed to help or remain impartial. Instead, there appears to be favoritism or bias toward the evil organization side, creating an unfair environment where I do not feel equally protected or treated under the same standards.

Additionally, I believe Aziel has shown clear power-tripping behavior through disproportionate punishment and extreme responses to minor mistakes. While everyone can make occasional errors, permanently blacklisting me from PD over what I view as a single mistake feels excessive, punitive, and more personal than procedural. Rather than correction, warning, or fair disciplinary escalation, the response was immediate and severe.

This pattern gives the impression that rules are not being applied equally and that personal judgment may be outweighing objective moderation. I am asking for this situation to be reviewed fairly, including:

  • Whether bias has influenced administrative decisions
  • Whether punishments were proportional to the alleged offense
  • Whether permanent PD blacklisting was justified compared to standard disciplinary practices
  • Whether all parties are being treated equally regardless of affiliation
I am not asking for favoritism—only fairness, consistency, and unbiased moderation. Administrative authority should be used to maintain balance, not to unfairly target or permanently punish players beyond what is reasonable.

First of all, I told you the blacklist was only for one week and you can still play officer. The permanent thing is just a visual bug, and you said that was fair enough.

Also, I did not handle your report. I only teleported to you because you were PMing me, saying you had been held for an hour. However, when I got there, you were being arrested, and they told me that they were doing Court RP.

I then explained to you that if they had broken any rules, you should make a report.

You are one of the most biased admins I have ever dealt with. You actively allowed these players to harass me for days, and it’s honestly unreal. I had over 20 clips showing them VDMing, prop pushing, failing RP, and repeatedly spam-killing me over and over again. They were even paying other people to do their dirty work, and despite all of that evidence, nothing meaningful was done. The lack of fairness and reasonable action on your part is seriously concerning. It genuinely feels like the rules were not being enforced equally, and instead of protecting the integrity of the server, you allowed obvious abuse to continue. When someone can provide that much proof and still feel ignored, it raises real questions about bias and abuse of power. I’m frustrated because all I wanted was fair treatment, but from my perspective, that clearly was not happening.

First off, if it was genuinely a bug, then I can respect that—but you also have to understand how seeing “permanent blacklist” on my end was obviously going to set me off. That’s not exactly a minor wording issue when it completely changes how the punishment looks. So my reaction came from what I was shown, not me trying to overreact.

That being said, my bigger issue was never just the blacklist itself—it’s the constant pattern I’ve been dealing with. I had been targeted for days with repeated rule breaks, harassment, VDM, prop abuse, failed RP, and spam killing, with clips to back it up. So when all of that builds up, even small things feel worse because it seems like the bigger problem keeps getting overlooked.

I get that you personally may not have handled the original report, but from my perspective, it felt like I was stuck dealing with nonstop abuse while getting told to keep filing reports instead of seeing real action. My frustration wasn’t about one bug—it was about the overall experience and feeling like the full situation wasn’t being taken seriously.

You showed evidence of users breaking rules, and I took action by issuing punishments for each violation, you then became upset that the punishments didn’t align with your expectations and began repeatedly spamming tickets demanding that those users get banned from the server.

I understand your frustration, but decisions regarding punishments are not up to individual users. Staff follows guidelines and uses discretion when determining appropriate actions.
