None of these worked :( but I found out the issue and hour ago, there's a file in the gmod local files called gmod factory reset, I ran that and everything is perfect now if you want to keep that option in mind for future people having an issue like this <3

Some item's icons are errors, not all but a hefty amount. I have CSSContent and all of the content from the server's workshop subscribed and enabled on the gmod main menu.
