what pc specs do u guys recommend for gmod? specifically an intense server like monolith with lots of players and high quality models!

I notice I've had this problem since I started playing Monolith and I have no clue what's going on. So basically when I play Monolith I have like 100 fps, however there is random FPS stuttering and I have no clue how to fix it. I've tried every config and any possible answer/ fix. Please help...
