So basically , i downloaded my garry's mod on my D:Drive and Addons won't appear on the Addons Folder. So i decided to re-install my garry's mod to C:Drive and i am able to see all my addon's and my CSS. I had garry's mod and steam on two seperate drives.

It's already FIXED.
