Yes there is a command you can type in console for it here it is. hud_draw_fixed_reticle 1 = On hud_draw_fixed_reticle 0 = Off

Luvbunny is correct I have a crappy computer with barely enough stuff for me to handle walking around in unrendered places, and it takes me around 15 mins to get to sending client info and about 5 to get in the server.

Your gonna have to retry to install it if it doesn't work you might have to do like what I said to Ryan Su'Fulda find a youtube video that is on this topic and see if it fixes it.
