I have seen this myself in many cases, as i police alot tho when i see tow truck towing away not illegally parked vehicles i go straight to them and deal with them. But then it's hard to get every minging tow truck drivers.

My thinking of combat tazing is going in a shootout to taze someone, not what my scenario is... Where there is multiple officers with lethal and non lethal pointed at one guy.

One annoying problem i have encountered recently as a cop, where people are fleeing, you have 1,2 cops with lethals pointed at the guy and one with a tazer. The suspects pull out a gun gets tazed immediately, maybe shot once as well. Then the suspects cries for an admin and he comes along and...

So you want people to try to rp out situations more? Become staff and try to make a difference. Or talk to people and try to change their mentality. I also is get tired at times where im playing as a cop and every arrest i make end up in a 10min admin sit making my job just boring being in sits...
