It doesn't need ot be activated. I put the card into my paypal accoutn and bout a g2a card for skinhub.com, but I can't buy the premium since it's a monthly and I don't think prepaids can do that (monthly payments)

Ok, so I set up the paypal account and I bought something, is it because my steam id is banned, but when I try to buy it, it says it won't let me even though I finished the whole paypal process and set it up, and the paypal isn't an option for purchase.
