Unfortunately, as the player was insulting him and poking and prodding him for a reaction, he was totally fine to kill him. Though he should have warned him at least once to stop, but considering he was under Fear RP and continued to talk, this does not constitute a rule break on his end...

@reckless After reviewing the situation again, I did determine that, even though I did not notice it the first time, he was capable of responding to the situation. As a result the ban will be removed and I approve removing the warning point.
