@Relo you should have contacted that staff member in game, because they would be able to confirm here for me that the fridge could not be picked up. Unfortunately just a screenshot of the fridge deployed isn't valid evidence that it could not be picked up.
Unfortunately logs showing you deploying an item is not enough for it to be refunded, it could have been picked up or destroyed by police, stolen by another player, etc.
Since you have no evidence, unfortunately I'll have to deny this.
@WaTer_MeLoN we can't provide the refund for the cosmetics themself, so can you please list the cosmetics and their prices so I can refund you the money?
