Nah that doesn't happen anymore - if your stretcher that you're on is in the ambulance, and your timer runs out then you'll get woken up only after your stretcher gets taken out of the ambulance. You have a chat notification informing you about this, you must have missed that. No bug, intended...

Wasn't a server crash but a network outage - Just adding onto the whole "CrashRP", it's been resolved :)

No idea why, I'll look into it, as it might be some anti-crashing measure.

I did, but @Major Lorne(Pmx) has to look into it more - The evidence of you actually having them in the first place is there, we just gotta to sort out the internal stuff, to make sure there's nothing fishy going on.
