We specifically spoke about this during a staff meeting. Player boosting is against the rules, however for whatever reason that rule was not added. I'll add it right now.

A technical issue on your end causing you to leave dc is the same as a normal dc, in my eyes. From a administration standpoint, this punishment is plenty fine.
