The way this is very confusing. Please do remember that not every single staff member was present for the situation, and to someone who was not there it is very hard to follow. You should consider re-writing this so people like I can get a better understanding of the situation.

The punishment was not given for the event, rather the fact that we watched you mow down a bystander who was clearly not in the event. Declined.
