VDM, you are not to use a vehicle as a weapon unless your life is in direct danger as it was not (you were not being shot at) it was intentional VDM. This seems to be more of an appeal rather then a staff report... Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) is not allowed without proper reasoning. For example...

Pushing a vehicle off the cliff with your cruiser would fall under failRP and is a generally mingy thing to do, if you don't see why pushing cars off cliffs as a police officer is wrong then the blacklist will remain..
