After waiting on the splash screen for 11 minutes, it finally let us in. A temporary fix for all of you having this problem, just idle on the splash screen. Aparently you will get in after 30-40 minutes on average.

Correct, both of us are still stuck on the splash screen. We can hear other people in the sever driving around, sirens, and so on; but can't get past initializing.
