I don't have any idea how to fix that, nor it has happened to me but you guys can try changing your mod version back to 32bits or 64bits and see if it works.

Try changing videos specs, if they re at the highest try lowering it a bit or completely to see if that problem goes aways.

I've tried moving my graphics all over the place, tried changing from 32bit to 64bit and vice versa. This might be a problem with our drivers.
