Heres my other POV of assessing what the cadet said there was outside, clearly he was just asking for them to leave as they were clearly loitering and waiting for something. Meanwhile, Greggs Pastys friend was preparing behind the building to shoot us (Notice the coordination between Greggs, the guy in the purple car, and how the shooter pops out as Greggs dips away).

i was just going to be an informant but the cadet kept threatening me so i put him under fear rp. then vladi shot you i didn't see you fully at that point. i mainly was just going to take the cadet away but vladi killed them. and he said the chief was going to initiate on me. I actually never realised vladi shot first. But after you went in the cadet threatened me with a baton so he walk back and i pull gun.
