I'm taking a semester off but I live really close to NYC and usually like going to the city but it's getting pretty bad over here in NY so I dont go anymore. I also trade during the day and the virus has been destroying my stonks. Buy options tho i suppose

Here in New Zealand our borders have basically been shut, anyone wishing to travel to NZ will have to self isolate for 14 days... No cruise ships are allowed to dock either. plus we only had our 6th case yesterday so its been pretty chill here apart from many events being cancelled.

My school won’t close. but our neighboring schools have. There’s no toilet paper, water, hand sanitizer at my local stores. My school is placing more hand sanitizer machines around the school and canceled all sports

How is COVID-19 affecting your everyday life?

For me, my university has decided to have online classes for the rest of the semester so I could stay home if I really wanted to. My hometown only has 2 confirmed cases for the virus

Well it didnt affect me much. i already work from home, but i wanted to ref for Flag Football, but since this virus came out, the season got cancelled :/

Just learned my school is closed for 3 weeks. Now we probably can't have a jazz concert cuz not enough practice time. Only 5 confirmed cases here in Missouri.

We only have 1 confirmed case in the County I live in now, but stores are limiting purchases and the stuff they do have is almost gone.
But it isn't really affecting much considering we already stocked up on food since people was wasting their money on hording toilet paper

I came in contact with one of the really early cases and recently finished my quartentine, tests came back negative but my work insists I work remotely which works out cuz I can do work while doing online school, and play mono at the same time .

Here I am, stores are pretty much empty. They are doing their best to restock. Restaurants are open for sales but pickup curbside or delivery. Crazy, I have it and I just wanna be back to normal. I feel hated on for having it.

Here in New Zealand we are going lock down mode, fully in self-isolation in 48hours. Swift reaction by our gov as we have 102 cases now with 10 from what I've heard being community transmissions, fun times ahead, literally 15mins after the national-address all supermarkets around NZ were being raided.
