Your Steam Name: Cookie

Your Character Name: Jack Everadon
Which Admin blacklisted you: TheJD @John Valcone
What were you blacklisted from: Weapons
Blacklist Reason: I got blacklisted because I killed someone when harmed someone on my frequency. I found them at townhall and called @Kevin Brooks because he was the original one that was looking for them. When he got there, he got out of his car and immediately started shooting at their car. Me wanting to help Kevin because they harmed someone on our frequency, I got out of my car and by the time I got out one of them was still alive in his car. I told him to get out of the car and then killed him because he harmed someone on our frequency. I today asked in help. "Which rule states that you can not kill someone if they hurt a friend that is not in your org?" I got an answer from Gregg saying, "They should be in your party, or frequency, so staff can confirm this." and also "They are in your group constellation, so you may defend your friend." Is this is valid, then I should not have been given the blacklist.
Time of Occurrence: I believe 12/23/16

Additional members involved/witnessing: @Kevin Brooks
