What happened: I went to buy the radio controller and it didn't work and I called a moderator and he said I needed to be a moderator to use it.

What do you need refunded: The money I lost, 10,000.
Evidence: Check my steam profile then click screenshots and I have it in my inventory plus I called for moderator and he told me to go here to get my refund.
