What happened: My premium juicy vape broke, it instructed me to repair it on a repair bench. I went to the hardware store and bought a repair bench just for it, and it says the item can't be repaired -_-. I talked to an admin in game about it, and they said that it was bugged. I just want the money back to get another vape, even though I also wasted money on a repair bench..

What do you need refunded: $7,500 or (1) Juicy Vape.

Your refund request has been denied as you have not technically lost the item and still have it, however we can still assist you in fixing your item for you.

Note: When you are next in game when there is a senior administrator + on please make a report regarding your bugged item and they can assist you with getting a new ones that isn't broken.
