CW2.0 guns have no recoil to begin with just load up a single player session and test the guns for yourself
As for hip-fire just put them in the middle of your screen and shoot because as stated before these guns have no recoil or spread difference their essentially call of duty guns.

It’s called re-adjusting your aim, of course it’s going to look weird at 1 frame slowed down. I hope you seriously don’t think just because of 1 frame you think he’s cheating lol. Some of us actually have decent mouses and PC’s unlike your ball track mouse and goodwill laptop that gets you 20 fps.
