This player report is denied as there is insufficient evidence that proves that he is talking in-game with someone in discord. In the original video, you can see that @sleepy ♡ was talking through the radio and not through discord. Additionally, you are allowed to be in a voice channel with people that play monolith, so long as you are not in game at the same time with them. If you have any valid evidence of him clearly talking on discord with someone that is in-game, feel free to create another player report.
