To explain, @Neko. called out over radio the Lucheese family were raiding him at pent, and that a cop was there with them shooting at him over radio. Once I arrived the elevator came down and the assistant chief who was with them can be seen with them all with class 3's and he did nothing to stop it. He was up there the entire time as when I got there he came down the elevator with them. I ended up killing him and the others as they had just raided @Neko. which can be seen in the video

They came up & took me hostage. You can see everyones, but my gun was out & I had multiple guns pointed at me.

I had originally gone up because there were gunshots, then I waited up at the penthouse for a while, talking to a guy up there. I was the only cop on & couldn't break down doors, so I was just sitting up infront of his door, and we were shooting at eachother through the wall.

I huge group of people came up after a while & took me hostage & raided/killed the guy inside.

You can see my gun was away & guns were pointed at me, I was being taken hostage.

If you were raiding penthouse then why would people come up? That would be considered countering a cop raid.

As is states in the rules,

Counter raids can only be performed on player owned buildings. You may not counter raid a government building or a player owned building which is currently being raided by police at the time. Law Enforcement is exempt from this entire rule.

Since they countered a cop raid and took you hostage wouldn't they be breaking raid timer.
Not only that they didn't even have you zip tied nor did you have your hands up so they technically weren't taking you hostage.
In @HuskyD0G clip you were facing towards the "hostage takers" by the looks of it talking to them with your hands down. It didn't even look like you were being taken hostage nor were your hands up or ziptied.
Also do you have any recording of your POV of the situation, If so can you upload it?

i dont just clip my game at random times so no i dont have a video & they never ziptied me, no, but i had a fuck ton of guns pointed at me, if i tried anything i'd be dead in half a second, and with the counter-raiding a cop, that does not relate to me, that would be them.

This is a very good point, if you weren’t with them. This means you are accusing the entire 5 people there of countering a cop raid. I find this very hard to believe. @Alphadef maybe you can tag some of the raiders in this post and ask what really happened with the cop.

we was not near the door, there was no other cops near by. thats how I knew.

The people in the lobby were not with us. they were part of the people we were raiding

I mean I was just standing outside his front door because he was silent when they came out. I was the only cop on at the time, so to be fair, there was like no indication I was even trying to raid him.

On their part: They may have heard gunshots/knew he was doing something, got their group together, and saw a single cop standing outside the door, because If I were them, I would never think that cop was trying to raid them, since there was like legit 10 ppl or less on the server

Me an @Kakashi Hatake were shooting at eachother through the door and they randomly came up and "took him hostage" and then they started raiding.
I would also like to add that that would be breaking raid timer for them to take a hostage and then raid right after.
