What happened: I bought a cowboy hat yesterday from the cosmetics store, and when I logged in today I did not have it on and it was saying I had to buy the cosmetic again. I talked to @tazdevil335 and he said I might be able to get a refund so I'm just trying.

What do you need refunded: I just need the 8,200 for the hat back (or a way to keep the hat permanently)
Evidence:

video of me purchasing the hat yesterday.
i screen recorded a portion of a video i recorded yesterday so that's why it says Desktop and today's date.
