What happened: This has happened with many other cosmetics, I just dont have screenshots for all of them. I have lost every head cosmetic that I've ever bought as soon as I relogged. Someone told me to put in a refund request, as I can possibly get my cosmetics returned to me without them disappearing when I relog. If not however, I have evidence for around 10k worth of cosmetics.
What do you need refunded: Black Trilby, Black Bandana
Evidence: I had to use dropbox preview links because the website says the files are too large for the servers to process.
