What happened: I was mugging (STEAM_0:0:91329149) beind a Taco Bell and after I zip tied them they started running so I shot them in the leg and called an admin, they then logged off while they were still ziptied by me, the admin (Hazza) tp'd and banned them for 2 days for FailRP
What do you need refunded: (1) Ziptie or the $890 I spent on them, (preferabley the Zipties themself)
