Before people get the wrong idea I think valentino is a excellent staff member and im not going after any punishments if my staff report were to be accepted I just disagree with him.

what happened was i rented parker out and while i was at real estate i saw @Anthony Hanson i later see him 2 minutes later at parker (my base) i just rented out with 2 other guys. they proceed to rob me and i was able to get him to admit he was at real estate on video. A admin came and proceeded to tell me i didnt have enough proof so we continued the rp situation. After that i got some of my friends we were all geared up with guns and while we are driving i see their vehicle. I pull up all of us had guns in out hands including the cops. I was told by a mentor and staff members if both party has a weapon out they can open fire. If it is holstered on their back they need to try and put you under fear rp. I sprayed the 2 cops down and proceeded to rob the guys that had raided me. According to valentino he was spectating and he saw everything he told me i was going to get banned for a day for rdm 2x. I think the situation should have been voided... no one has told me still whats right and whats wrong

I didn't see if the cops had guns out or not but if they did then you should have just waited until they left because the guy wasn't being arrested or anything but no you just opened fire on them and shot them. Also whenever you aren't sure about a rule just go to the rules at the forums and there you will see initiation isn't even there. The rules state however you need a valid RP reason to kill someone and because the cops were near someone you wanted to kidnap or mug or whatever doesn't mean you should just kill them.
I'm gonna be denying this appeal, if you feel like this was handled wrong you can make a staff report so community management can handle it.

When we arrived to the situation we were not sure if the cops would leave or not if they were to take Anthony (the guy that raided me) and his friends to the
PD. If they took them back to the police department if would make it a lot more harder for us to get our hands on them.
I have been told by Mentors in !help chat if both parties (Cop - Us) have weapons out initation is not needed and can open fire. But if the weapon was holstered on their back the opposing party has to try and put them under fear rp. With this information i got from a Mentor I proceeded to open fire on them i killed 2 cops and i then got banned by valentino for rdm 2x i explained to him if this is the case i have been told false information from numerous amount of staff but i still got banned.
one of my friends said he did initiate but i didn't hear.

I asked a mentor because that's what mentors are for and i was told the wrong thing.
