After I had died, I had reports that the shooters were in the bottom of the bank, this led me to believe that there was an ongoing bank raid. During bank raids officers are allowed two lives. I had reasonable evidence to believe that there was an ongoing bank robbery and responded to the situation, only to find the robbery had been dealt with by officers by the time I had got there.
The shooting had long since ended in the bank, I heard an officer call all clear over the radio while you were still a corpse. So I'm not sure how you could have been called back to the bank. I even told your superiors that you had been too trigger happy on the cuffs and it had caused the entire incident in the bank and they responded with, and I'm quoting, "yeah that detective is pretty dumb." Here's a direct quote of the rule allowing the police to come back during a raid:
Law Enforcement may ignore NLR and come back if called by active units on scene until they have died twice for all raids, except Police or Sheriff's Department raids.
There were no active units on the scene to call you back, everyone had long since left before you came back, so I'm not sure how you could have been called back to the bank well after everything had been finished. Like it's to the point where either you're lying about being called back, you decided to use information from a past life after you died, or you just flagrantly ignore the NLR rule. Even if I take what you said at face value and true, the moment you knew that there was no raid you should have started following the NLR rules that you so conveniently chose to ignore. You had enough time to go inside the bank and go to the teller and you hadn't realized that there wasn't an active situation before that? The complete absence of cops the moment you walked up to the front of the bank should have been enough to tell you that there was no active situation, yet you decided to insert yourself into the area where you had just died prior to the required 10 minutes anyway.
I did have reasonable suspicion to detain you and the other player as when I first walked into bank I had seen a player carrying a class 3. You and the suspect with the class 3 all looked familiar and I was unable to determine which one of you I had seen with the class 3. I ran out of bank and called for backup, as I did this you and a few other players chased after me and followed me. When backup had arrived I had told the officers to arrest everyone as I was unable to determine who had the class 3. I detained you for my own safety and did plan on unarresting you after I had searched you. But right before I could, I was shot and killed.
Tyler Gard, the one who you saw with a gun, and I look literally nothing alike. His character is a male in a suit and mine is a female in a hoodie. We followed you out of the bank because someone said you were a narc so we decided to hassle you a bit for being a narc in good fun. No one at any point while following you out even set off the metal detector, only you did. And then when you called the entire police force down and cuffed both of us I literally told you to search both of us. Neither of us had anything on us at all, but instead of searching us immediately you instead decided to meander around and leave us cuffed for an unreasonable amount of time. You got shot because one of my org members saw you cuffing two of our members and leaving them cuffed for extended periods of time. He reacted accordingly, as was his right.
As per rule 2.1.5 (quoted below), you had no reason to damage my vehicle as you didn't have a valid role-play reason to do so. Simply popping my tires because "It was the vehicle that pulled up to detain everyone" is not a valid reason, especially so because you seen me die in front of you. After I die, you have no reason to harm me or destroy my property.
You literally called the entire police department to the bank because you thought you saw one person with a class 3 then had most of the people in the bank detained for extended periods of time for no reason. The harassment of everyone in the bank, including but not limited to the police shooting cuffed civilians in the bank and leaving us cuffed for extended periods of time, led everyone in the bank to want to retaliate. Instead of cop baiting and starting a firefight with the police, which is against the rules, I decided to retaliate against the police department by slashing the tires of the one car I knew was that of the police. Honestly I didn't even think it was yours, I thought it was the car of the cop that pulled up after you ran out of the bank and cried for help.
As per rule 2.6.6 (quoted below), you had no reason to pop my vehicles tires, you purposefully popped all my tires with a machete to lure other officers to your location just so you can stab them. You were in front of bank committing a crime with no valid reason and intended on killing any officer that would investigate.
Bro you literally were not there neither were any other police when I started, that's not what cop baiting means. Cop baiting would be if I went up to a cop and pulled a gun on them for no reason to start a gunfight with the cops. Or if I was purposefully driving recklessly in front of the police to start a car chase. The definition of cop baiting is literally spelled out in the ruleset.
The act of excessively provoking Law Enforcement for the sole purpose of having them chase you or incite some other reaction from them for your own mere enjoyment.
Doing an illegal action when there are no police visibly present is not cop baiting, by your definition doing anything illegal in any sort of public space would be cop baiting. Only after you failed to taze me did I know that there was an officer there and it is my right to defend myself from arrest.
