Why do you want to join?: There are multiple reasons I want to join your organization. As you can see i'm a little noobish in Monolith RP , going solo is a pain in the ass really, I wanna join to ensure my own safety and the safety of members of this organization. And as you know the strength of the team is each individual member. And the strength of each member is the team. I'm a loyal person and I can prove it under the not-so-good situations.
Are you able to comprehend that this is just a video game and it’s purpose is to have fun for everyone?: I do.

Additional Info: I do have a tiny problem regarding ping and FPS , framerate is sometimes very unstable (20 - 50) , same for the ping on average it's about 200 ms.

Ping and FPS are uncontrollable majority of the time for many players, I used to experience terrible FPS (10-19 FPS) before I upgraded my desktop. Garry's Mod alone is a very intensive game, even more so on Monolith. Your application is very much acceptable, you'll be recieving an invite some time within the few hours (~8:00 P.M. Est Standard).
