Additions:
- Added new Weed growing system. You may purchase pots, soil and seeds at the weed dealer and use your existing Watering Can to keep it topped up! This will encourage people to get back indoors.
- Added new Police computer system, with the ability to lookup suspects and see logged arrests. Press F3 while in a Police Cruiser.
- Added new Crafting system, based on a user interface with queuing of items and a much needed face-lift. Hold C and click Crafting.
- Added new Weapon base. Customizable Weaponry 2.0.
- Added the ability to use attachments in your inventory and attach them onto weapons. You can modify attachments on a weapon and remove them if needed.
- Added Ammo saving for weapons, so no more duplicating ammunition.
- Added Towing system for Tow Truck Driver.
- Added Alcohol crafting.
- Added new Unconscious System. It features a brand new interface and much cleaner code server and client side. It supports going unconscious temporarily and waking up in the same spot, and also a critical state.
- Added new Police Baton. It does less damage and can knock players unconscious temporarily. It accompanies the new Unconscious System.
- Added new Radios, Music Players, Radio Stations, and TVs that you can play YouTube and SoundCloud videos and sounds from. We also introduce a Disk Jockey occupation that allows you to use the Radio Stations to broadcast your own music to radios across Rockford.
- Added new handcuff animation.
- Added new states for zipties, you may now remove zipties from a player if you were the one to ziptie them.
- Added the ability for Job Categories such as the Police, EMS, Fire Department, Mayor's Office to lock their building doors.
- Added the ability to frisk a player with illegal weapons equipped. The frisking officer receives a payment depending on the worth of the weapons from this
- Staff members in noclip will now trigger invisibility by default.
- Added the ability to lockpick vehicles.
- Added a complete overhaul to RRL (dLogs, dReports) with a lot more features on the administration side.
- Added a new fishing interface. It looks much cleaner.
- Added a new furniture pack with furniture you can craft and place into your inventory. This means you can also sell furniture to other players which was not possible previously.
- Added new fishing rod world and view models.
- Added the ability to blacklist a player from OOC chat.
- Added new Job Security Agent. His role is to protect the Mayor.
- Added new Presidential Vehicle for the Mayor. This is so Security Agents may drive him around the city.
- Added new Police Vehicles: The Dodge Charger 2015 and the Ford Explorer.
- Added a new cosmetic pack based on Grand Theft Auto V.
- Added ability to drag the mouse on the MonoMap.
- Added bone manipulation system to support animations such as being Handcuffed or Surrender.
- Added mrp_drawcrosshair console command.
- Added new handheld radio model.
- Added unarrest triggers for jailbreaks. If you exit the Police Department while arrested you will be unarrested.
- Added cinema projector and cinema vendor at the Rockford Cinema. You can buy popcorn and other items there. You may also request videos at the cinema to watch with your friends!
- Added camera SWEP for Premium.
- Added the ability to fall out of vehicles when going at a high speed. This adds the ability to have a future feature: Seatbelts.
Fixes:
- Fixed text screens being unable to be edited.
- Fixed MonoMap not focusing on your regular position upon re-opening the UI.
- Fixed EMS, Police and any other Jobs being able to equip weapons at all.
- Fixed func_linear not being on the prop protection list.
- Fixed navigation system not being reset upon mission completion. (Government Quests)
- Fixed banana model being an error.
- Fixed Third Person exploits. You may no longer glitch your view through walls. There is also a new lerping delay on the camera position to simulate a more @Aestheticsly pleasing camera.
Changes:
- Replaced food and drink consumption sounds to ones seen in the Food and Household Items pack.
- Removed Muriatic Acid and Iodine from the shops as they were unusable for any crafting.
- Removed one-sided furniture to prevent abuse.
- Changed ATM startup sounds. Added sounds upon withdrawal and deposit.
- Changed skins for most vehicles. This includes new police car skins, and a brand new Ambulance skin.
- Changed spawning system of resources. Most of them are now static and will stay as the same resource type. This means you may memorise locations of resources and guides will be more accurate.
- Changed holdtypes for most out of place weapons. Ticket, Handcuffs, Keys etc will now have a proper holdtype and feels much better to use.
- Changed leveling up sound.
- Readjusted all the cosmetics to fit better.
- Removed recipes widget.
- Removed death beep sound.
- Disabled rope due to them not clearing upon player disconnect.
