Why should the point(s) be removed:
First of all my warning point was given for RDM which I would have to disagree,
I did not going on the server to shoot a random person
for no reason. I was in a situation were I was misinformed by
higher-ups which because of this led me to believe I had KOS on the
on the suspect.
As I described I was told by higher-up combine some of which
being staff, Mentor ec.t you can KOS civilians after confirming
they have a weapon in there inventory, now the argument could be made
that, it wouldn't be right if a civilian is handcuffed to shoot him
if they have a class 3 which I could agree with but since the
half-life event is active with different/new rules I could see why it
would be allowed and also with the Higher-ups telling other combine
this is allowed you can see why a less experience combine like myself
would think it would be allowed and since I have been instructed by
by higher-up's who have a better understanding of rules and the game
in general I am of course going to do what they are recommending
since some of them have a few hundreds levels of experience.
Furthermore why should I be penalized for the spread of misinformation
also if this isn't allowed why has it been happening so often I see
combine doing this countless times without anyone receiving any
backlash this further reinforces how I couldn't of known I was breaking
a rule.
The point could also be argued that I had the right to execute as
Combine are allowed to execute civilians/rebels whether that be the use
of the incinerator, firing squad, The mayors broadcast, public
execution or in my case a simple execution there and then this would of
been just considering the crime he had already committed so would it of
made any sort of difference whether I had to took him to the combine
base to be killed or I had done where I had.
To sum up I do believe that this should of be handle with a
verbal rather than warn which leads me to be banned. I believe it is
unjust and unfair that I was the one do be punished for something that
other combine are doing and misinforming, rather a verbal would of
been more just than a indirect ban.
