After further review, the player did kill you for towing his car, which is not allowed. Due to the fact Tony was honest, and came forward about not knowing this was a rule, he will only receive one warning point. Accepted.

After reviewing the evidence provided the player had no reason to kill you, and took advantage of there being no staff on. This report meets our criteria and the player will receive a three day weapons blacklist. You may make a refund request to regain any lost items by linking this PR. Accepted.

I told Quantum to make a refund request because he made a report in game asking to what he died to, and then he showed me the video. In the video it wasn't clear to me as to what he died to, due to the fact his death was instant, with no explosion of a GL. It might have just been his game maybe...
