Perhaps switch to the Chromium branch then verify game files? I’m not 100% sure as I have yet to experience a single issue with it.

I can confirm. He was killed in an invalid manner. Player(s) were warned.

I can confirm the fact that he doesn't have his factory items. I took screenshots of his bank/inventory. I cannot confirm if he ever deployed them and didn't pick them up.
