You see in the video how randomly civilians get in involved with the arrest too? This oftens leads to my death in many situations, this is one reason why i don't play as often sometimes, because when i try to detain them for my safety, i get shot, because they think its an arrest.

I had a reason to arrest you, and offered you a way out. You didn't take it, so i brought you in, i was going to talk to you and then release, until you decided to threaten to demote me as a civilian, i still gave you 60 seconds, 1000fine, and you later demote me for it later.
