Here is the same incident, but from my POV (I was the one Bui was shooting at in gas station when incident occurred). You can definitely see the food truck was in the spot Bui was at the time when I peaked after ducking in cover, so it did seem like he VDM'd him intentionally.

EDIT: I can confirm he lost the specified items listed due to a voided mugging and faildriving. The person who has the items was banned due to high warning points, so the items will have to be deleted at a later date. (and it was a glock 17)
